You will receive a notification email as soon as your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier.
2. Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery Times
We offer competitive shipping options to get your items to you when you need them. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and clearly displayed at checkout.
3. Order Tracking
Once your package is on its way, we will automatically send you a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct tracking link. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's system.
4. Shipping Restrictions

Note: Some high-demand or oversized items cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO). If a restriction applies to your item, you will be notified instantly at checkout.
5. Damages, Lost, or Missing Packages

Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and item immediately and email us within 48 hours of delivery.
Lost Packages: If your tracking number shows "Delivered" but you haven't received your package, please check around your property or contact your local courier office before reaching out to our support team.

Please note that our store is not responsible for any customs, tariffs, or import taxes applied to your international order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer.
